4. Check whether the pump foot and the nut at each connection are loose.
5. Check the coaxiality and parallelism of the pump shaft and the motor spindle.
6, check whether the inlet pipeline leakage, if there is leakage, must try to eliminate.
7, open the suction pipe valve, slightly open (not fully open) outlet control valve.

2, pay attention to the normal sound and vibration when rotating.
3, pay attention to the reading of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge, after starting, when the reading of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge fluctuates for a period of time and indicates stability, it indicates that the pump has been filled with liquid and enters the normal infusion operation.
4, in the pump into the normal infusion operation before the self-priming process, special attention should be paid to the water temperature rise in the pump, if the process is too long, the water temperature in the pump is too high, then stop the pump to check the cause.
5, if the liquid temperature in the pump is too high and causes self-priming difficulties, then you can temporarily shut down, use the liquid in the discharge line to flow back to the pump or to the pump body to add liquid storage port directly to the pump to add liquid, so that the liquid in the pump to cool down, and then start.
6, fluorine plastic pump in the working process, such as strong vibration and noise, may be caused by the pump cavitation, cavitation caused by two reasons: one is the inlet pipe flow rate is too large, the second is the suction range is too high. When the flow rate is too high, the outlet control valve can be adjusted to increase the pressure gauge reading.
7, the pump stops the pump for some reason during the working process, and when it needs to be started again, the outlet control valve should be slightly opened (not fully closed), which is conducive to the gas discharge from the outlet during the self-priming process, and can ensure that the pump starts under a small load.
8, pay attention to check the pipeline system for leakage.
