(a) Corrosion resistant chemical pump can not start or start a large load?


Reasons and treatment are as follows:


(1) The prime mover or power supply is abnormal.


Solution: Check the power supply and prime mover status.


(2) Pump stuck.


Treatment method: It is to view the coupling by hand, and if necessary, it will collapse to view and eliminate the dynamic part of the problem.


(3) The packing is too tight.


Treatment: is to relax the filler.


(4) The sweeping method is not closed.


Treatment method: Close the cleaning valve and start from scratch.


(5) The balance tube is not smooth.


Treatment method: dredge the balance tube.

Reasons and solutions are as follows:


(1) Air leakage in the suction pipeline.


Treatment method: Check the connection of the suction pipe and the sealing condition of the packing material.


(2) The suction side gas is not discharged when the pump is pumped.

(3) The inhalation side is suddenly blocked by foreign bodies.


Treatment method: stop the pump to deal with foreign bodies.

Possible causes: excessive water supply leads to motor overload, motor lack of phase, vent obstruction, impeller drag other components.


Cleaning method: reduce the water supply to the normal range, check whether the wiring is strong, check the exhaust port, open the gap between the impeller and other components of the pump cover.


(4) Corrosion resistant chemical pump bearing heat


Reasons and solutions are as follows:


(1) The scraping of bearing tiles does not meet the requirements.


Treatment method: repair or replace the bearing tile from scratch.


(2) The bearing gap is too small.


Treatment method: adjust the bearing gap or scratch from scratch.


(3) Insufficient lubricating oil, poor oil quality.


Treatment method: increase the amount of fuel or replace the lubricating oil.


(4) Bearing installation is poor.


Treatment method: Check the bearing installation status according to the requirements and eliminate the non-required elements.


(5) Cooling water short circuit.


Treatment method: maintenance, repair.


(6) Bearing wear or loose.


Treatment method: repair bearing or scrap. If the bolt is loosened or retightened.


(7) pump shaft zigzag.


Treatment method: the pump shaft should be corrected.
