Fluorine plastic self-priming pump why water absorption is slow

Generally speaking, the structure of FZB self-priming pump adopts self-priming structure, the pump body is lined with fluorine plastic metal shell, the flow parts are all made of fluorine plastic alloy, the pump cover, impeller, etc., are made of metal insert outsourcing fluorine plastic integral sintering press, the shaft seal uses external bellows mechanical seal, the static ring uses 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride). The moving ring is made of tetrafluoroidal filling material, and its corrosion and wear resistance sealing is very stable.

FZB fluoroplastic self-priming pump in the use of the process sometimes encountered relatively slow water absorption, the following to analyze the reasons and solutions:

1, fluorine plastic self-priming pump in the first use need to fill the pump body with liquid in order to normal water absorption, if there is no pump cavity filled with water, resulting in water shortage in the pump control, not filled with pump cavity itself there is air need to self-priming pump discharge, which will greatly extend the self-priming pump water time, so the pump control inside filled with liquid in order to promote self-priming pump water fast.

2, the self-priming pump suction pipe leakage phenomenon may not be found, such as pipe joints, flange joints, quick joint joints and other places have weak leakage phenomenon will be the reason for the slow water transfer of self-priming pump, Therefore, before installing the pipeline, both ends of the pipeline must be completely sealed, and then press or pump negative pressure to test whether the pipeline has air leakage points. If the pipeline has been installed to check the suction leakage point of the self-priming pump, the method is to fill the self-priming pump with liquid, open it for 5-6 minutes, and then stop it, and then close the ear to the suspected air leakage place to hear whether there is a pitting sound, find the leak point and repair.
