The pump is a new type of slurry conveying pump designed by our company according to the mixing characteristics of solid, liquid and gas of the slurry medium transported, absorbing domestic and foreign technology and experience. It is widely used in the harsh environment of pulp and paper industry, and adopts fully open high-flow precision casting impeller to improve the concentration of pulp transport. The clearance between the impeller and the inner plate can be adjusted, so that the pump can run continuously in the effective zone. The shaft seal is mainly mechanical seal, and the packing seal can be selected. Bearings are all designed with heavy bearing units, with large bearing spacing, bearing body oil storage room space, sufficient oil storage lubrication and cooling effect is good at the same time to support firm, increase the bearing reliability of the pump, pump shell before and after the open-door structure to facilitate the implementation of maintenance and maintenance work, but also greatly reduce labor intensity and working time, thus saving energy, increase the service life. It is suitable for dry conveying slurry liquid with operating temperature ≤100℃ and slurry concentration ≤5%.
