Description

There are two types of anti-corrosion thermistors: anti-corrosion copper resistance and anti-corrosion platinum resistance, and anti-corrosion platinum resistance is a commonly used anti-corrosion thermistor. It is a commonly used temperature detector in medium and low temperature areas. Its main characteristics are high measurement accuracy and stable performance. The measurement accuracy of platinum thermistor is high, and it is not only widely used in industrial temperature measurement, but also made into a standard reference instrument.

Technical indicators:

1. The thickness of the polytetrafluoroethylene anti-corrosion layer for anti-corrosion thermistors is 1.0mm (which can also be specified by the user).

2. The thermal response time of anti-corrosion thermistors: After anti-corrosion treatment, the thermal response time changes by about 20% (≤ 8S);

3. Quality inspection of the anti-corrosion layer of the anti-corrosion thermal resistor: Electric spark micro hole inspection is adopted, with a voltage of 12kV and a frequency of 1.6 × 106Hz without breakdown.

4. The working pressure of anti-corrosion thermistors: The fixing method of anti-corrosion thermistors is the maximum working pressure of 4.0 MPa when installed on flanges; The fixing method for anti-corrosion thermal resistance is the maximum working pressure of 0.6MPa when F4 is connected to the thread.

5. The other technical indicators of anti-corrosion thermistors are the same as those of ordinary industrial thermistors.

6. Electrical outlet: M20x1.5, NPTI1/2

7. Protection level: IP65

8. Explosion proof level: d à BT4. d à CT5
